TRADEMARK PARALEGAL

Trademark Portfolio ManagerIdeal applicants will possess experience in the managing large international trademark portfolios. Specific aspects of the position include managing a trademark docket; trademark prosecution including trademark searching, preparing applications, renewals and simple office action responses; managing foreign enforcement matters and corresponding with foreign counsel. Candidates should also have experience in coordinating powers of attorneys and obtaining legalization of documents, chain of title assessment and clean-up and other due diligence matters.Excellent computer skills are critical and experience with database management is desirable. Experience with docketing software and electronic file management is a plus. The ideal candidate should be very detail oriented, energetic and eager to learn, with excellent communication and organizational skills, and must enjoy working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
