As our Human Resources Manager, you'll serve as a trusted partner to leadership while overseeing aspects of Human Resources. Help manage an effective full-cycle recruitment and hiring process that creates a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers. Serve as a trusted resource for employees by providing guidance on HR policies, procedures and employee relations. Administer payroll, employee benefits, FMLA, workers' compensation and leave programs. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records. Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, company events and recognition programs. Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state employment laws and regulations. Plan and conduct new hire onboarding, orientation and employee training. Administer the employee performance review process. Serve as the Safety Administrator by coordinating safety meetings and training, maintaining safety records and supporting OSHA compliance. Partner with department managers to provide coaching and guidance on employee performance, policy interpretation and other HR matters. Supervise and support the daily activities of HR Generalists/administrators, while helping develop and improve HR processes. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Human Resource Management, Business, Business Administration, or a related field. 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience. 1–3 years of experience as an HR Manager or in a comparable HR leadership role. SPHR or PHR certification strongly preferred. Manufacturing or industrial HR experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, payroll, benefits administration, FMLA, workers' compensation, and OSHA requirements. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strict confidentiality. Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Experience with HRIS systems; Paylocity experience is a plus.
