What You’ll Do

 

• Provide professional, exceptional customer service to our policyholders 
• Conduct annual policy reviews to identify coverage needs and savings opportunities  
• Identify cross-sell opportunities within our existing client base 
• Support and collaborate closely with our team 
• Contribute to agency growth and client experience goals 

What We’re Looking For

 

• Active Property & Casualty license required or willing to complete licensing  
• 1–3 years of insurance service or sales experience preferred 
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills 
• Detail-oriented and organized 
• Comfortable discussing coverage and recommending solutions 
• Positive, professional, and team-focused attitude 
• Motivated and goal-oriented

Compensation is typically offered as base plus commission and will depend on the agency and your experience.
