QMHA Case Manager — Trauma-Informed Care Advocate

Cascadia Health in Portland, OR, is seeking a Case Manager, QMHA to join our residential case management program. The role supports clients in accessing services, advocacy, and goal attainment within a trauma-informed, person-centered framework. This position requires driving, collaboration with treatment teams, compliance with regulations, and strong communication.
