Multilingual Housing Stability Case Manager
Lutheran Coummunity Services North West
Lutheran Community Services NW is seeking a Housing Stability Case Manager to support adults at risk of homelessness with housing navigation and financial assistance coordination. You will work collaboratively with partners to secure safe housing and help clients access benefits and health services. The role emphasizes trauma-informed, culturally responsive, client-centered care and requires experience with HMIS or similar databases.
