Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement detailed treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, utilizing various therapeutic modalities, manual therapy techniques, and therapeutic exercises.
• Regularly assess patient progress and modify treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
• Utilize state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment to facilitate patient therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and effective environment.
• Document patient interactions, outcomes, and progress meticulously to maintain high standards of practice and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Provide education and counseling to patients and their families regarding exercise programs, injury prevention strategies, and lifestyle modifications to support ongoing recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role focuses primarily on orthopedic patients, including those recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and other musculoskeletal conditions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
