Senior Fund Accountant

A private credit investment firm in Palm Beach County is seeking a Fund Accountant and Senior Fund Accountant to join their accounting team. The firm is currently in a high growth stage and is looking to double their fund accounting team in the next year. Due to the high priority of these roles, our client will cover relocation costs! Responsibilities Oversee the preparation and review of periodic fund financial reporting, including quarterly and annual financial statements, investor reporting packages, capital activity, and management reporting. Manage the integrity of fund accounting records by maintaining the general ledger and analyzing account activity across the full trial balance. Partner with third-party fund administrators to reconcile financial information, validate records, and monitor accounting accuracy. Calculate, review, and maintain management fee and performance allocation schedules. Prepare materials and reporting packages for investors and Board meetings on a quarterly basis. Respond to a variety of internal and external information requests, supporting business needs and investor inquiries as they arise. Ensure all reporting obligations and deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and in accordance with established policies and procedures. Act as the primary liaison for external auditors and fund administrators, coordinating requests and resolving accounting-related matters.
