Are you an experienced Bookkeeper who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident working with **QuickBooks Online**?

We’re looking for reliable bookkeeping professionals to join our team and support day-to-day financial operations.

### PART-TIME BOOKKEEPER

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage **Accounts Payable**, including tracking invoices and ensuring timely payments
* Assist with **payroll processing** using established production-based formulas
* Maintain a **daily recap list** through basic data entry and spreadsheet tracking
* Pull and organize information from daily emails received from photographers
* Send **Accounts Receivable reminders** via email when needed
* Respond to client requests for **invoice copies**
* Maintain accurate and organized financial records

**Ideal Candidate:**

* Experience with QuickBooks Online
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Comfortable working with spreadsheets and email
* Organized and able to manage recurring tasks independently
* Good written communication skills

### FULL-TIME QUICKBOOKS BOOKKEEPER

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Perform day-to-day **bookkeeping activities**
* Categorize and maintain financial transactions accurately
* Complete **monthly bank reconciliations**
* Prepare **sales breakouts** needed for sales tax filing
* Review financial statements and identify discrepancies or items requiring attention
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

**Tools You'll Work With:**

* QuickBooks
* TaxDome
* AERO
* Microsoft Office
* Google Workspace / G Suite

**Ideal Candidate:**

* Proven bookkeeping experience
* Strong QuickBooks experience
* Knowledge of bank reconciliation and financial reporting
* High attention to detail
* Strong organizational and analytical skills
* Able to work independently and meet deadlines
