Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical capabilities, limitations, and specific treatment needs.
• Creating and implementing tailored physical therapy treatment plans aimed at enhancing strength, mobility, and functional independence.
• Administering a variety of therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to address specific physical impairments.
• Regularly monitoring and documenting patients' progress in response to treatment, and making adjustments to the therapy plans as necessary.
• Collaborating effectively with an interdisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, providing input and insights from physical therapy perspectives.
• Educating patients and their families on effective home exercise strategies and lifestyle modifications that support ongoing physical health and wellness.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations, maintaining professional standards throughout your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus for this role includes working with a diverse patient population, particularly individuals recovering from surgery, injury, or those managing chronic conditions. Your expertise will be valuable in supporting our geriatric clients as they recover their mobility and independence post-hospitalization or during ongoing therapy.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of California.
• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required, with a preference for advanced degrees (Master's or Doctorate).
• Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and team members.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality care tailored to individual patients' needs.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with the following background will be highly favored:

• Previous experience working within a skilled nursing facility or directly with the geriatric population.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, our compensation package includes:
