Senior Employment Litigation Associate

DNA Partners is partnering with a leading national law firm to identify a Senior Employment Litigation Associate or Junior Partner to join its Labor & Employment practice in New York. This is a high-impact, client-facing opportunity for an experienced employment attorney ready to take on increased leadership, own litigation matters, and serve as a strategic advisor to sophisticated employer clients. What You'll Do: Advise employer-side clients on a broad spectrum of employment matters, including wage and hour, discrimination, retaliation, and compliance issues Lead and manage litigation across federal and state courts, as well as arbitration and mediation Handle all aspects of litigation, including drafting motions, managing discovery, and taking and defending depositions Draft and negotiate employment-related agreements, including offer letters, non-competes, and separation agreements Counsel clients on emerging and evolving workplace issues, including the use of AI in employment practices Take ownership of matters while mentoring junior attorneys and contributing to team development What You Bring: 7–12 years of employment law experience in a law firm setting Strong background in employer-side counseling and litigation Admission to the New York Bar Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex matters and maintain client relationships Excellent writing, advocacy, and strategic thinking skills #J-18808-Ljbffr DNA Partners LLC
