Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain an active caseload, establishing trust and rapport with clients while adhering to professional ethics and maintaining boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to monitor client progress, review treatment plans, and prepare clients for discharge when appropriate.

• Develop and implement individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Document client progress and maintain up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with best practices and organizational standards.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to determine the appropriate course of treatment for new clients.

• Hold individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities suited to each client's situation.

• Engage in individual supervision to reflect on clinical practices and enhance professional skills.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers in multi-disciplinary teams to ensure holistic, integrative care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, directly engaging with clients.

• Proficient in using technology and clinical software, including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, especially in an outpatient context.

• Comfort in facilitating intake assessments and mental health evaluations.
\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
