As a Prototype Project Coordinator, you will: Plan, schedule, and coordinate office and shop activity and relay customer expectations Assist the Project Manager in activities including timing, budgets, quality, and material management Direct and coordinate assignments for subcontractors and monitor performance of vendors Develop and execute small project plans Complete milestones on time and within budget, work with the cross-functional team to ensure deliverables Collect data from customers, suppliers, Bill of Material, and other resources to compile reports Review project status daily and report percentage of completion Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned To be considered as a Prototype Project Coordinator, you will need: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 3 years of coordination experience or 3 years of skilled trade experience Excellent customer service skills, very detail oriented, reliable attendance and ability to work overtime Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with different cross functional teams Ability to follow directions and multi-task Ability to compile lessons learned for continuous quality development Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel) A successful candidate may also have: Associate degree in Business or related Ability to work overtime as needed including weekends If you share our passion for providing innovative solutions to complex challenges, we want you on our team.
