Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Access Logging in Warrenton VA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location you will monitor and patrol assigned areas maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents support access control and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients visitors staff and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner following facility protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout healthcare facilities parking areas and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor staff and contractor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Prepare clear and accurate incident reports daily activity logs and other required documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
