Your work impacts manufacturing outputs, safety outcomes, and process improvement initiatives while collaborating with production and quality stakeholders. Onsite at the Simi Valley facility, working the 2nd shift (M–F, 1:30pm–10:00pm).Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the TeamPerform weld preparation, welding, and weld finishing operations across ferrous and non-ferrous fabricationsManufacture and assemble fabricated mechanical components, structures, and vessels from drawingsMaintain consistent standards of work to meet Quality Assurance specificationsAssist in developing and implementing product/process improvement initiativesEnsure compliance with regulations, procedures, and safety practices to support a zero-accident goalMaintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance and support variable schedules or additional hours as neededHere's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role3–5 years of relevant welding experienceWelding certificateAbility to read and understand mechanical drawings and weld printsStrong knowledge of welding techniques and shop math skillsProblem-solving ability for atypical situations using existing precedents or proceduresSecondary Certificate/High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training or apprenticeship in welding preferredHere's What Else Might Help You OutPortfolio or photos of welding projects (optional but helpful)Pay Range$20.00 - $22.38/hourReady to Make Your Mark?This role may fill quickly.
