Senior Account Manager, Inside Sales
Our client, a global manufacturer of high-performance interconnect solutions, is seeking a Senior Account Manager, Inside Sales to join their team. As a Senior Account Manager, Inside Sales, you will be part of the Sales Operations team supporting customer accounts and internal cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Senior Account Manager, Inside Sales (3 Month Assignment) Location: Cerritos, CA Pay Range: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
What's the Job?
- Manage inside sales and account management activities for assigned customer accounts
- Support quote-to-order and order-to-cash workflows using SAP SD and Salesforce CRM
- Coordinate pricing, orders, and customer inquiries to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order issues, RMAs, or rework as needed
- Maintain accurate account, order, and sales data while providing high-quality customer support
What's Needed?
- 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Inside Sales, or Sales Operations
- Proficiency with SAP SD (2+ years)
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM (2+ years)
- Knowledge of quote-to-order and order-to-cash processes
- US Person status (ITAR/EAR compliance requirement)
