We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at Firepower Rehab & Therapy Clinic, located in Glendale, California. As a full-time Physical Therapist, you will play a critical role in enhancing the recovery process of our patients through expert evaluation, tailored treatment plans, and ongoing support. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year along with comprehensive benefits.

Work Environment

The clinic operates in a comfortable outpatient setting, where you will engage directly with patients in a collaborative atmosphere. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions through a variety of assessment tools and tests to determine their levels of impairment.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results, patient goals, and physician recommendations, making modifications as necessary to optimize patient outcomes.
• Utilize a range of physical therapy techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, electrical modalities, and other evidence-based practices to provide safe, effective patient care.
• Guide patients and their families through instructional self-care programs and home exercise regimens to promote independence and facilitate recovery.
• Serve as a vital consultant for physicians and other healthcare professionals regarding patients' physical functions, treatment strategies, and necessary adaptive equipment.
• Oversee and direct the work of non-professional support staff during treatment sessions, ensuring quality and consistency in care delivery.

Qualifications

• Doctoral Degree (DPT) in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of California.
• A minimum of three years demonstrated experience in orthopedic physical rehabilitation.
• A clean professional record, free from any board actions or disciplinary measures against the license.
• Proficient understanding and application of manual therapy techniques.
• Capability to create and lead exercise regimens tailored to individual patient needs.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in specialized areas such as sports rehabilitation, post-operative recovery, or neurological therapy will be regarded favorably. Proficiency with electronic health record systems and a track record of developing innovative therapy programs are also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits
