Work Environment

This full-time position requires the Physical Therapist to work from our onsite facility in Pasadena. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of new patients, assessing their physical conditions, history, and functional impairments to develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate both short- and long-term rehabilitation goals.
• Implement a combination of evidence-based treatment techniques including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and adjunct modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation, to facilitate optimal recovery.
• Continuously monitor and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to therapy plans to ensure effective outcomes and maintain compliance with clinic protocols.
• Educate patients about their diagnoses, treatment processes, and necessary home exercises to empower them and promote active participation in their recovery.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams including physicians, counselors, and occupational therapists, to provide integrated, holistic care that addresses all aspects of the patient's treatment.
• Foster strong relationships with patients, utilizing motivational techniques and active listening skills to encourage commitment to rehabilitation and promote a positive healing environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Physical Therapist will work primarily with a diverse population of patients who are recovering from orthopedic surgeries, managing chronic pain conditions, or rehabilitating after sports injuries. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid California state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
