Bilingual HR Generalist

(Bilingual English/Spanish Required)

Location: Dallas, TX 75238
Salary: $75,000 $80,000 annually DOE
Job Type: Full-Time | Exempt (Salaried)

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support our Baltimore, MD facility and Kelso Distribution Center operations. This role will partner with leadership and employees to provide support in employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, compliance, and HR operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics environments and possess strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and Kronos workforce management systems. Bilingual English/Spanish fluency is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Support employee relations and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.

• Manage recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding activities.

• Process weekly payroll and maintain employee records and HR systems.

• Serve as the Kronos timekeeping and attendance subject matter expert.

• Administer employee benefits, FMLA, and leave programs.

• Support compensation programs, compliance initiatives, and HR reporting.

• Partner with leadership to support business objectives and employee engagement.

• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field required.

• 35 years of Human Resources Generalist experience required.

• Experience supporting warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics operations preferred.

• Hands-on experience with Kronos workforce management systems required.

• Experience with payroll processing, recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration.

• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

• Experience with HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

• Oracle HR system experience and multi-site support experience are preferred.

Schedule & Travel

• Standard business hours with flexibility for occasional evenings, weekends, and on-call support as needed.

• Occasional travel between company locations may be required.
