A brand-new restaurant concept is opening its doors in Rock, WV, and we're hunting for a Kitchen Manager who knows their way around a scratch kitchen and isn't afraid to get a little dirt under their nails. Think hearty, honest, made-from-scratch food, ingredients sourced from the folks and farms right down the road, and a backwoods atmosphere where good food and good company are the whole point.

What You'll Be Cooking Up (Your Day-to-Day):
- Running the heart of the house — kitchen operations, prep, line, and everything in between
- Leading, hiring, training, and scheduling a kitchen crew that takes pride in the plate
- Keeping our scratch kitchen humming: recipes, consistency, and quality on every ticket
- Building relationships with our local vendors and farmers to keep ingredients fresh and seasonal
- Managing food costs, inventory, ordering, and waste like it's coming out of your own pocket
- Owning health, safety, and sanitation standards — a clean kitchen is a happy kitchen
- Helping shape the menu and bring a brand-new concept to life from the ground up
What You'll Bring to the Table:
- Real kitchen leadership experience (Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, Exec Chef, or strong Lead Cook ready to step up)
- Scratch-cooking chops — you understand that "made from scratch" is a promise, not a buzzword
- A cool head under pressure and a knack for rallying a team during the dinner rush
- Solid grasp of food cost, ordering, and inventory management
- ServSafe certification (or willingness to get certified)
- A genuine love for hospitality and small-town, community-first dining
