Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist in Charge experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A direct hire opportunity is available for an experienced pharmacist ready to take on a leadership role with responsibilities as Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) in a home infusion pharmacy setting.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all pharmacy operations ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Manage and supervise pharmacy staff to maintain high-quality patient care.
• Coordinate home infusion services including medication preparation, delivery, and patient counseling.
• Maintain accurate documentation and inventory control.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize therapy outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Licensed Pharmacist with active licensure in the state.
• Proven experience as Pharmacist in Charge or Pharmacy Manager.
• Knowledge of home infusion pharmacy operations and regulations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and make critical decisions.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with pharmacy information systems and technology.
