Job Description

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist in Charge experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A direct hire opportunity is available for a licensed pharmacist to take on a leadership role within a home infusion setting. This position calls for an experienced Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) who can manage pharmacy operations effectively while ensuring compliance and excellent patient care.

Overland Park, KS

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily pharmacy operations and maintain regulatory compliance as the Pharmacist in Charge.
Manage home infusion pharmacy services, ensuring accurate dispensing and patient safety.
Lead and mentor pharmacy staff to promote a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Coordinate inventory management and procurement to support uninterrupted pharmacy services.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy for patients.

Qualifications:

Valid pharmacist licensure.
Proven experience as a Pharmacist in Charge or Pharmacy Manager.
Familiarity with home infusion pharmacy practice.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
