Job TitleFinancial Management AnalystJob DescriptionDuties:Advise and perform on all phases of budget administration.Formulate and defend cost estimates; reviews budget requests; and manages the control, execution, and reporting of obligations and expenditures. Develops and interprets budgetary policies and practices.Implement regulatory controls over approved budgets and advises on efficient fund acquisition and utilization to support command programs and conduct cost-benefit analyses of alternative financial management methods.Execute a variety of fiscal, accounting, and financial management duties as required to support changing organizational needs.Serve as the senior Financial Management Analyst for NOTU, providing guidance and training to junior analysts and program element managers within the command.Serve as the alternate command Customer Service Representative (CSR) for Time and Attendance. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Formulating, executing, and defending lifecycle budgets by implementing regulatory controls, conducting cost-benefit analyses, and optimizing funds.
