HR Specialist

Job Description Years of Relevant Work Experience Minimum 2+ years of HR specialist work Standard Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job Experience using MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Preferred Qualifications: Able to work in a team environment: collaborative Knowledge of HR legal concepts, terminology, and principles including federal and state labor laws. Ability to multi-task Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow through on assigned tasks Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Strong proficiency in the use of HRIS, ERP and other software (ADP). Responsibilities and Duties: Maintains knowledge of organizational and departmental policies and procedures. Coordinate and maintain all documentations. Prepare documentation for new and terminated employee files. Recruit, interview and contribute to the selection of most qualified candidates for open positions. Coordinate orientation, training, and onboarding for new employees. Input various journal entries into ERP Assists with bi-weekly payroll. Partner with other departments to ensure data validation for all hours are processed timely to meet payroll submission. Assists with annual benefit enrollment. Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution their queries All other duties as assigned.
