Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs, establishing personalized treatment plans that address their unique challenges.

• Conduct evidence-based therapy sessions via telehealth, utilizing therapeutic methodologies tailored to individual client preferences, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish therapeutic connections with clients through virtual interaction.

• Empathy and compassion in understanding clients’ experiences and challenges.
\n
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle client appointments efficiently in a remote setting.
