Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this position is working with clients who are navigating mental health challenges and substance use issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services, preferably in a mental health or substance use treatment setting

• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and formulating effective treatment plans

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds

Compensation and Benefits\n
