Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one and group therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, tailored to meet clients' unique needs.

• Develop, implement, and continuously evaluate individualized treatment plans that align with each client's goals and challenges.

• Engage in collaborative care by working closely with interdisciplinary team members, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and other social workers, to coordinate services effectively.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to conduct thorough diagnostic assessments, guiding treatment strategies and interventions.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
