In this key position, you'll partner closely with leadership to drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations, ensuring a seamless and compliant employee experience that supports our growth and success.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

• Proven experience supporting full HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and onboarding
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems like ADP Workforce Now, along with excellent organizational and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of employment laws, policies, and procedures, and the ability to maintain confidentiality with integrity.
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with effective time management skills and a sense of urgency to complete responsibilities thoroughly.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS software.
• Manufacturing experience or familiarity with adjacent industries.
• HR certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR.

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or related field.
• At least two years of relevant HR experience, ideally supporting recruitment and employee engagement initiatives.

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to support recruiting efforts primarily in the target region, including some travel for onboarding and operational support.
• Commitment to maintaining documentation accuracy and compliance.
• Passion for building a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
