Fundraiser/Canvassing

Responsibilities Conduct door-to-door canvassing (businesses) and telemarketing from CRM to introduce our organization’s mission, programs to community members, and free website offer Engage in persuasive conversations to encourage donations, memberships, or volunteer support Utilize strong communication skills to explain our initiatives clearly and confidently Build rapport with potential supporters by demonstrating genuine interest and active listening Manage objections effectively through negotiation and tactful dialogue Maintain accurate records of interactions, donations, and follow-up actions Collaborate with team members to strategize outreach efforts and improve campaign effectiveness Qualifications Previous experience in outreach activities is a plus Strong background in marketing, sales, or customer service preferred Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse populations Excellent communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively Ability to work independently while maintaining motivation and focus Experience in fundraising or nonprofit environments is advantageous #J-18808-Ljbffr Leadstart Media, Inc.
