The Impact You Will Have The Giving Partnerships Director serves as a steward of the company’s philanthropic investments and transformational nonprofit relationships by listening to community needs, working directly with nonprofit leaders within an assigned region in the US or Europe. Facilitate nonprofit site visits and needs assessments with existing and new partners and grantees to inform funding decisions. Oversee all aspects of the grantmaking process for assigned markets or partnerships, including information requests, budget and grant approval, legal agreements, grant disbursements, tracking of partnership/grant/program progress and delivery, impact reports, and assessment of partnership outcomes and success. Supervise event/program sponsorships to achieve optimum attendance/participation as well as ensuring all sponsorship requirements are met, such as collaboration with other teams (not limited to) marketing logos, ads, graphics, promotional items, etc. Support governance of market giving committees; advise giving committees to ensure alignment with enterprise-wide giving strategies and annual budget allocations. Ensure proper documentation and reporting of all nonprofit engagement and impact, including accurate and timely records of grants, contributions, and engagement activities in the grants management system. Maintain accurate and up-to-date communication logs, grant files, contracts, and compliance documentation in accordance with internal policies and legal requirements. Organize strategic volunteerism in emerging markets, as needed, to foster goodwill in new operational communities. Assist in the development of quarterly and annual team impact metrics, narrative summaries, and budget reconciliation. Ensure all grantmaking activities comply with applicable legal requirements, company policy, and IRS regulations governing corporate charitable contributions. Identify and communicate data insights that improve program effectiveness and community outcomes. Represent the company’s philanthropic mission at assigned nonprofit or community events. Assist in policy and process development for Philanthropy. Always maintain strict confidentiality of philanthropy information.
