Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls, emails, and in-person customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
• Experienced in office administration and supporting daily business operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
