What You’ll Do: Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to restore, reinforce, and enhance communication and swallowing skills Collaborate with and refer to other disciplines to support comprehensive patient care Educate and train patients and caregivers to promote independence, function, and quality of life What WSi Offers You: $46–$48 per hour or $62 per visit Weekly paychecks Health, dental, and vision insurance Sick pay Referral Program available that allows you to make money by referring other therapists that hire on with WSi.
