Computer Enterprises, Inc. (CEI) is seeking a talented Marketing Signage Coordinator to join our Client's dynamic team.
Job at a glance:

• This is a long-term contract, with an initial term of 3 months, planned for extension and/or permanent placement
• Pay rate is $18-19/hr W2 + eligible to sign up for benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k) on day 1
• Schedule is Hybrid: Tues/Wed/Thurs are in office; Monday/Friday at home

Job Description:
The Signage Coordinator is responsible for the accurate and timely creation and distribution of promotional signage across all marketing vehicles and lines of business, including In-Store Specials, Email, Direct Mail, and other promotional programs. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams, including Technology, to continuously improve signage systems, processes, and store execution through system enhancements, testing, training, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Promotional Sign Creation & Distribution

• Partner with cross-functional teams to create and distribute accurate, timely promotional signage using the Automated Signage Program (ASP).
• Support signage execution across all lines of business and marketing channels.

Signage Systems & Technology

• Collaborate with Technology teams to enhance signage systems that support corporate sign creation and store execution.
• Provide recommendations for system improvements and participate in technology planning discussions.
• Conduct end-to-end testing of system enhancements to ensure functionality and accuracy.

Field & CSC Support

• Monitor and manage the Signage Coordinator inbox in collaboration with team members.
• Provide timely support to the CSC and Field teams for signage-related questions, issues, and execution needs.

Standards, Training & Communication

• Maintain and update the Signage Standards Manual across all lines of business.
• Develop signage training materials and deliver training to Merchants and designated Field representatives.
• Communicate signage updates, standards, and guidance to the Field through HomePlate.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to simplify and improve pricing and signage processes.
• Implement process enhancements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and ease of execution in stores.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
