Life Insurance (AD&D), Supplemental AD&D What You'll Do: As a Materials Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring materials and parts flow efficiently to support operations: 1. Pick and prepare parts accurately for shipment 2. Process material reservations and Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) in SAP 3. Monitor shared inbox for urgent and priority requests 4. Coordinate same-day and emergency shipments 5. Receive, label,and accurately stock material 6. Support Shipping & Receiving operations (cross-trained role) 7. Operate material handling equipment safely 8. Maintain readiness to support critical needs, including on-call rotation What You Bring / Qualifications: 1. High school diploma or equivalent 2. 2-5 years of material handling or logistics experience preferred 3. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 4. SAP experience is a plus 5. Ability to lift/move materials up to 50 lbs. 6. Strong organizational and time management skills 7. Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused mindset 8. Forklift certification (or ability to obtain shortly after hire) This is a safety-sensitive, plant-based role. Location & Work Environment 1. Located within convenient commuting distance of downtown Pittsburgh 2.
