Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide psychotherapy and other mental health services to patients suffering from various mental health conditions, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients’ mental health status, including their emotional, behavioral, social functioning, and history of substance use.
\n
• Collaborate with patients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are evidence-based, culturally competent, and tailored to each client’s unique needs.
\n
• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring reliable management of patient information and care coordination.
\n
• Facilitate group therapy sessions as required, promoting a supportive environment for sharing experiences and coping strategies among peers.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development and maintain current knowledge of best practices in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your key focus will be on individuals in detoxification, many of whom are facing multiple mental health challenges related to substance use. Your role will be pivotal in guiding these individuals through their recovery journey, offering them the psychological tools and strategies needed to overcome obstacles and achieve lasting sobriety.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of a current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong therapeutic relationships with clients and collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

• Robust clinical skills, including comprehensive assessment techniques and the ability to create effective, evidence-based treatment strategies.

• Experience in using electronic health records (EHRs) and familiarity with healthcare software for managing patient records.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience working with clients navigating substance abuse issues and mental health disorders.

• Familiarity with teletherapy practices, particularly in adjusting therapeutic approaches to virtual environments.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including:
