Collections Specialist

Maine Oxy is seeking a Collections Specialist to manage a portfolio of past-due customer accounts in Auburn, ME or Jacksonville, FL. You will contact customers by phone, email, and written correspondence, negotiate payment arrangements, apply payments, investigate discrepancies, and maintain detailed account notes to support timely collections. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (Associate degree preferred), 2+ years in B2B collections, strong Excel and ERP skills, and excellent #J-18808-Ljbffr
