Arizona Licensed Billing Associate

A company is looking for a Program Administration Authorization and Billing Associate to support medical administration and billing processes. Key Responsibilities Obtain eligibility and initial authorizations for new admissions and unfunded individuals served Manage and submit requests for subsequent authorizations and maintain accurate service documentation Participate in AR calls and assist with month-end close issues while ensuring compliance with audit requirements Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred Experience with AZ-State Specific Insurance required Minimum of one year of experience in medical administration and/or billing Knowledge of Autism and behavioral health services Experience with payer online portals and EDI 835 formatting preferred
