Ohio Licensed Payroll Specialist

Ensuring the timely completion of payroll cycles, the full-time Ohio Licensed Payroll Specialist will manage payroll processing, audits, and compliance while providing responsive service to associates and internal partners in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Coordinates and processes all aspects of payroll, including tax levies, deductions, and special pay Validates pay entries and conducts audits to identify and correct inaccuracies before payroll processing Serves as the first point of contact for payroll-related inquiries from associates and managers Required qualifications Bachelor's degree (preferred) Previous payroll processing experience (preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Office 365 Experience in analyzing data or information Ability to work flexible hours to meet payroll deadlines
