The role serves as the community’s resource for handling and managing inquiries from residents and their families regarding services, billing, and other concerns, and assists employees with benefits, orientation, recruiting, and interviewing assistance. Responsibilities Assists with implementation and ensures all employees follow company policies and procedures; administers, coordinates, and directs activities related to policies, procedures, benefit enrollment, orientation, and general HR responsibilities and compliance. Ensures compliance with all laws, rules, and regulations (HIPAA, state regulations, OSHA, infection control protocols, etc.). Assures accurate completion of admissions forms, contracts, and related documentation. Tracks state requirements for training, certifications, and licensure; maintains records required by licensing agencies and stays familiar with financial terms of Medicaid waivers or other government payer programs the company participates in. Provides support by fielding staff, resident, and family complaints or concerns; executes policy and procedure; assists with lease signings. Qualifications High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and one year of experience with business office functions, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
