Our company is looking to find someone to manage our day-to-day accounting and business finances, as well as assisting our CEO. Our ideal candidate for this position is someone who is organized, reliable, and is familiar with social media and have some video editing experience. Some of the responsibilities for this position are:
- Creating and sending out invoices
- Social Media Post
- Social Media Content
- Prepare Power Points
- Schedule Meetings
- Paying vendors
- Running payroll
- Monitor office expenses
- Taking down notes during meetings to refer back on
- Helping organize and maintaining the office
- Responding to emails
- Reminding the executive of important tasks and deadlines
