Clinical Research Associate

ICON seeks a Clinical Research Associate II in Miami, Florida to conduct clinical trial monitoring activities for sponsor-dedicated cardiology and obesity studies. The role involves site management, protocol compliance oversight, and data quality assurance within a fast-paced contract research organization.
Responsibilities
- Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits for clinical trials
- Ensure protocol compliance, data integrity, and patient safety throughout trial process
- Collaborate with investigators and site staff to facilitate study conduct
- Perform data review and resolve queries to maintain clinical data quality
- Prepare and review study documentation including protocols and clinical study reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in scientific or healthcare-related field
- Minimum 2 years of clinical research associate experience
- In-depth knowledge of clinical trial processes, ICH-GCP regulations
- Strong organizational, communication, and attention to detail skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Willingness to travel approximately 60% of the time
- Legal right to work in the United States
