AERO CLUB MANAGER

About the position This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Aero Club, Beale AFB, CA. This position is a Regular Full time (35-40 hours per week). An applicant's eligibility will be determined based on eligibility claimed in the questionnaire and proof of eligibility MUST be provided with application by the closing date, 06/03/2026. Business Based Action, Military Spouse Preference, Outside Applicant Veteran, Spouse/Widow/Parent of Veteran, and Transition Hiring Preference. Qualifying Experience Experience managing/overseeing business operations for a small club or activity (i.e., developing expense reports, interpreting business reports, financial records, scheduling of staff, supply & inventory procedures, planning and programming of club activities, etc). Experience managing and administering a safety and maintenance program in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and policies. OR Bachelor's degree in aviation, airport management, business management, and PPL; or Associate Degree in Aviation Management or related field of study; and be a Certified Flight Instructor of PPL with Airframe and Powerplant Mechanics (A&P) certification. In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described above. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
