Healthcare Account Success Representative - Full-Time

Aura Health

We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Account Success Representative to join our fully remote team, supporting clients across all cities in Arizona. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities Managing and nurturing client accounts to maximize satisfaction and retention. Providing expert guidance on healthcare products, services, and solutions tailored to client needs. Proactively addressing client inquiries, issues, and concerns with timely and effective solutions. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution. Conducting regular check-ins and business reviews to identify growth opportunities. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to client success. Flexibility to work remotely and adapt to a dynamic healthcare environment is essential.
