- HR Operations Support - Assist with day-to-day HR tasks including document preparation, data entry, employee file maintenance, and HR system updates.
- Onboarding Coordination - Support new hire onboarding by preparing welcome materials, tracking required documents, and helping ensure a smooth first-day experience.
- Recruiting Assistance - Help schedule interviews and communicate with candidates as needed.
- Employee Engagement - Contribute to planning and executing engagement activities, recognition programs, and HR-led events.
- HR Reporting - Assist with compiling HR metrics, updating spreadsheets, and preparing reports for HR leadership.
- Policy & Compliance Support - Help maintain compliance documentation and support audits or policy updates as assigned.
- Special Projects - Participate in ongoing HR initiatives such as process improvements, employee surveys, or system enhancements.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Above average communication/written skills, ability to work effectively with all levels of employees and convey a positive image at all times.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Experience with computers and software packages.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
