Position Overview:

The HR Intern will support the Human Resources team across a variety of daily operations, projects, and employee-facing initiatives. This role is ideal for a student or early-career professional interested in gaining hands-on experience in HR processes, employee engagement, recruiting, and HR administration. The intern will work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth and efficient HR workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• HR Operations Support - Assist with day-to-day HR tasks including document preparation, data entry, employee file maintenance, and HR system updates.
• Onboarding Coordination - Support new hire onboarding by preparing welcome materials, tracking required documents, and helping ensure a smooth first-day experience.
• Recruiting Assistance - Help schedule interviews and communicate with candidates as needed.
• Employee Engagement - Contribute to planning and executing engagement activities, recognition programs, and HR-led events.
• HR Reporting - Assist with compiling HR metrics, updating spreadsheets, and preparing reports for HR leadership.
• Policy & Compliance Support - Help maintain compliance documentation and support audits or policy updates as assigned.
• Special Projects - Participate in ongoing HR initiatives such as process improvements, employee surveys, or system enhancements.

Experience / Education Preferred:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Above average communication/written skills, ability to work effectively with all levels of employees and convey a positive image at all times.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Experience with computers and software packages.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• English Language
