Job Description
Top-Tier Investment Management Firm in Downtown, Manhattan is seeking a Paralegal for a permanent position!
\n \nResponsibilities:
\n- \n
- Review and draft routine legal/compliance documents \n
- Assist with preparing and filing various regulatory filings \n
- Assist with the process of opening sub-custody accounts \n
- Manage complex calendars for the General Counsel \n
- Assist with the launch of new mutual funds and private funds. \n
- Prepare materials for mettings and presentations \n
- Facilitate the meeting of attorney's deadlines by keeping organized schedules and providing timely reminders \n
- Conduct legal research \n
Qualifications:
\n- \n
- Experience working in well-established law firms. Large law firms are a plus. \n
- Bachelor's degree is required \n
- 3+ years working as a Paralegal within Investment Management \n
- Ability to manage high volumes of work under tight deadlines while maintaining strict attention to detail. \n
