Relationship ManagerWe are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our Relationships team in New York or Los Angeles. The 1000heads Relationships team is a proud, powerful collective of Social Media obsessives, experts managing influencer relationships. You will work closely with a whole host of departmental specialists, from Accounts, Insights, to Creative, to Strategy to deliver transformational social-first work for our clients.RoleThe Relationship Manager will work across the business and help manage influencer relationships for a variety of brands. This includes: strategy, influencer engagement, content management, FTC monitoring and measurement projections/reports.ResponsibilitiesBuilding client relationships; listen and understand individual client requirements and consistently meeting if not exceeding their expectationsBuilding influencer relationships; establish a genuine connection with influencers of all levels to promote trust and two-way communicationHelp lead Profiling briefs to ensure the team have a clear understanding of their target audienceResponsible for ensuring the Profiling processes (briefing and approval) are adhered toMaintaining a consistent understanding & competence on Profiling across all team members; identification and verification of Influential VoicesMaintaining the exceptional standard of all campaign engagement including ethical considerationsWorking along with team to develop, innovative, bring creative ideas and solutions for client campaignsResponsible for the timely response of all communication from voices and on-going relationship maintenanceTrack budgets, manage invoices, administer legal agreements and ensure complianceOverseeing Event and activation planning, execution and performanceManage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, including the ability to adapt rapidly to changesFoster relationships with influencers and maintain an ear to the ground for new creators to collaborate withEnsuring that events run to agreed client budgets and clients approve all expenditure before it happens, particularly 3rd party expenditure
