Responsibilities Partner with PI Module Engineers to analyze data, support conversions, and drive module execution Coordinate experiments, lot movement, and conversion logistics across PI, process areas, and organizational change Provide module‑level support including GCP creation, conversion reviews, SWR troubleshooting, and documentation updates Analyze process and operational data to support SWR resolution and module performance improvement Support achievement‑risk management through Pareto analysis, priority tagging, and cycle‑time awareness Exposure to program milestone planning and achievement‑risk management Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related technical field Experience in Process Integration, semiconductor manufacturing, or module engineering support Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and advise engineering decisions Demonstrated problem‑solving skills including SWR troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate execution in a dynamic environment Preferred Qualifications Prior Micron experience in DRAM Process Integration, Advanced Packaging, or Organizational Change Familiarity with DRAM or bond process flows and inline detection methodologiesExperience with Pareto analysis, GCP creation, and conversion support Understanding of cycle‑time optimization and priority‑based lot management Job Profile(s) Process Technician 3 - Semiconductor Process Engineer 1 Benefits Micron offers a choice of medical, dental and vision plans in all locations enabling team members to select the plans that best meet their family healthcare needs and budget.
