Construction Business Development

Tiello has partnered with a highly successful Commercial General Contractor in the Minneapolis, MN area on their search for a Business Development Rep.

Title: Commercial Business Development

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Track leads and opportunities using Construction CRM Software to organize client history, project scope, and margins.
• Read and interpret complex project manuals, including Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and Requests for Qualifications (RFQs).
• Build and maintain professional communication with developers, owners, architects, and engineers.
• Identify key players in the subcontractor market and establish positive working relationships to secure competitive bids.
• Conduct local market research to evaluate supply, demand, and growth opportunities within target regions.

Skills & Qualifications :

• Minimum 5+ years business development experience within commercial construction
• Ability to multitask, prioritize to-dos, and maintain an organized office environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with employees, clients, and vendors effectively
