Job Summary Responsible for assisting in the care of patients under the direction of a licensed nurse. Works in controlled patient care situations and performs established procedures for individuals or groups of patients. Patients need care 24/7 and facility employees must be available to provide that care. Employees are to care for patients regardless of the patient’s personal characteristics. Responsibilities Assist in the care of patients under the direction of a licensed nurse. Perform established procedures for individuals or groups of patients. Provide 24/7 patient care. Care for patients regardless of personal characteristics. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. One year experience as a C.N.A. preferred.
