Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health status through initial intake interviews and ongoing evaluations.

• Develop individualized and evidence-based treatment plans in collaboration with clients, tailoring therapeutic strategies to their unique needs.

• Provide both group and individual counseling sessions, utilizing modalities that may include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and mindfulness practices.

• Document and maintain accurate progress notes, treatment records, and billing documentation to ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.

• Monitor and supervise therapeutic activities, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their challenges.

• Engage in regular consultations with a multidisciplinary team to discuss client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Your work will primarily involve supporting a diverse clientele, including adolescents and adults experiencing various mental health issues. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
