Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments through telehealth consultations, meticulously documenting client histories and treatment progress.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on thorough evaluations of clients' mental, behavioral, and emotional health.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions using a variety of techniques tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Monitor and review clients' progress consistently, modifying treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, primary care physicians, and case managers to ensure holistic support for clients.

• Support clients’ family members and significant others in understanding mental health challenges, helping them to navigate their roles as caregivers.

• Manage client referrals with professionalism, maintaining strong communication with external resources.

• Remain up-to-date with the latest developments in mental health best practices and treatment methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families facing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Colorado.

• A passing score on either the National Counselor Examination (NCE) or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).

Compensation and Benefits\n
